Phoenix has two modes of operation as it relates to the Condominium Restoration market, which are the maintenance/restoration mode and the post-catastrophe reconstruction.

During “normal” times, Phoenix offers a range of services to our clients encompassing all components of the exterior cladding of the buildings. We perform the following services:


  • Concrete restoration of deteriorated balconies, walkways, stairwells and even the structural framework
  • Caulking/Sealant removal and replacement
  • Handrail reinforcement or complete replacement to meet the current building codes
  • Elastomeric coating and other waterproofing coating application
  • Window and patio door replacement
  • Stucco repair and even complete wall reconstruction


 During the post-catastrophe reconstruction mode, we expand our operations, as State Certified General Contractor and Roofer to include the entire building from interior to exterior as well as the grounds and the roof. Due to our multi-decade relationships, we are the “go-to –contractor” which clients rely upon to bring their facilities back on line in the least possible time and at the most cost effective program.
